You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange, as long as they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags and original packaging must be intact
  

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

• Items marked as final sale

• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or stains

🔁 How to Return:

1. Email us at (axiswearstore@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return

2. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or send your exchange

💸 Refunds:

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for processing

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect
